This Gorgeous Bright Rainbow Tulle Dress features little a fully lined bodice with metallic accents with fixed rainbow sequin tulle flutter straps, a full double layer twirly skirt, the top layer being a gorgeous Bright rainbow tulle and an elastic back for a great fit. This dress sits 1" above the knee.
