This Gorgeous Bright Rainbow Star Tulle Dress features little a fully lined rainbow Star bodice with glitter accents,  fixed rainbow tulle glitter flutter straps, a full double layer twirly skirt, the top layer being a gorgeous bright rainbow glitter tulle and an elastic back for a great fit. This dress sits 1" above the knee.
